The basic principles that managers of an organization set for directing individual sales activities were sale policies. There was a misunderstanding. • You understand, accept and agree that you want to sell via Saudagar platform as a seller.
• Provide your ‘About page’ with truthful, exact and up-to-date information.
• Respect other people's intellectual rights. You may not sell products with any other brand, symbol or title, unless the holder of such rights has granted you written consent. You should disclose it to SAUDAGR if somebody thinks the IP rights have been violated.
• List only the goods you can legally sell and carry out sales payments for those items.
• Honor the store policies and show your items correctly in the lists and pictures.
• Do not create multiple shops or multiple accounts. It is illegal for users to share passwords, or use the account of another person without permission.
• The law is in compliance and exclusive responsibility of breach of all applicable laws, rules and regulations (local, national and international).
• You are responsible for the safe delivery of your own products.
• Don't complete or try to sell an item to a buyer outside of SAUDAGAR network that plans to pay our tax, the processing service fee or any other cost you are liable for, or will result in your circumventing payment of it.
• You must exclusively collect and send all taxes applicable to all sales of SAUDAGAR.
• We assume that we have connections between sellers and our website. When SAUDAGAR finds a seller to have negative consequences of our platform at any moment, we reserve the right of deleting the seller.

You guarantee this by posting any content on SAUDAGAR

• You are the holder of the Content, including all images, or you have any privilege or permission to use the Content and photographs; and as provided for under the Content,SAUDAGAR is allowed to use any Content and photographs uploaded for any purposes on SAUDAGAR's website.

In response to changing constitutional, technological or market trends, we may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Through modifying our privacy policy, we would take the necessary steps to alert you, in compliance with the sensitivity of the updates we make. If and where needed under existing data protection laws, we will have your agreement to any modifications to the information Privacy Policy.
